I was very happy with my experience! The only thing that was difficult was communication. For the most part, communicating on the site was ok, but when I was getting closer to the time i needed the piece, I wished I could have just called in and spoke to Ty, but in the end all worked out so no complaints other than making it possible to speak via phone.

They were very communicative about the entire process, keeping me up to date verbaly & with pictures. I appreciated they were more concerned with quality than with expediency. Highly recommended & would use them again.
